Project Update: October 28, 2015

Unify Energy Inc. receives Environmental Assessment approval for the Liverpool Wind Energy Storage Project from the Nova Scotia Department of Environment.



We are working towards a sustainable electricity system through the development of renewable energy storage projects. 


As the amount of installed renewable energy based electricity generation continues to grow, the inherent variability of the resources (wind, solar, and tidal) causes stress on present electricity systems. We are using energy storage to maximize the amount of renewable energy that can be captured and controlled. Energy storage also allows fossil fuel based electricity generation to operate less (and at higher efficiency), and defers costly transmission and distribution grid upgrades. 

The result: renewable energy that is cost competitive and reliable.
